At the ceremony of the Taekwondo Times headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA, on September 25, 2019, the two companies signed a ‘Working Agreement for the Exchange of Taekwondo Media Contents’. It agreed to support cooperation for the development of taekwondo and cooperation for preservation and development of martial arts.
Jung Woo-jin, chairman of the Taekwondo Times, said, “I hope that it will be the basis for the development of global Taekwondo through a meaningful agreement.” Shin Chang-seop, who attended the convention as a representative of Taekwon Block Media, expressed hope that “we will develop Taekwondo as a martial art.”
